Basic Return Policy (within 30 days of date of shipment)
IBOCO Corporation can accept, for exchange or return, items which were purchased direct from us within the last 30 days and are in new resalable condition. Restocking fees may apply. This excludes non-standard and custom products.
A written return authorization must be obtained from our returns department which can be reached orders@iboco.com.
Products that are returned without an appropriate return authorization number will not be accepted and returned to the sender at sender’s expense. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order and it has already been processed, shipped, assembled or received in our warehouse there may be a restock fee. Every effort will be made to cancel your order, however, order cancellation is subject to IBOCO’s cancellation policy. If the product has been special ordered, is a non-stock item or is being built to customer specifications it may be non-cancelable or subject to a minimum restock fee of 50%. Once an order is shipped it cannot be canceled and the Basic Return Policy applies.  

Non-Standard and Custom Products
Non-standard and custom products are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Non- standard or custom products are defined as products that are special order, custom orders, orders built to customer’s specifications, assembled or modified products, products not stocked by IBOCO Corporation or orders for value-added products.

Condition of Return
Products returned must be new, unused/unopened, and in their original undamaged boxes with original packing material and product literature. All returns will be inspected upon arrival to our warehouse.
